The Apartment was fabulous. Room 9 lots of space and a wonderful outside area. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

All great. Only spent one night here but wished we had stayed longer. Relaxing stay in lovely Cretan village with 2 minute walk down to restaurants and bars. Excellent base for south east Crete exploring.

Nice appartement in cute small village, that offers private parking. Small but has everything you need for a comfortabele stay. Close to the beach and tavernas. Makrigialós has a very pretty beach, that isn't overcrowded with tourists and tavernas that offer good authentic food. Would definitely recommend travelling here.

“A lovely stay in a comfortable, well appointed apartment, which was in a wonderful spot.”

1.The property owner went out of her way to ensure that we had the best room available to us. 2.The view of Makry Gialos, from the studio window and balcony was wonderful. 3. I have never stayed at apartments that had such extensive facilities. There was a fridge freezer,(not a fridge with a small freezer compartment but a proper fridge freezer), there was a turbo kettle (amazingly quick to boil), there was a coffee percolator, there was a toastie sandwich maker, there was a two ring hob, oven/ grill cooker. There were plenty of plates, bowls, knives, forks, spoons . 4. Air conditioning and the safe were in with the price. 5. The WiFi was brilliant, although someone forgot to tell us that they change the password regularly. As soon as I realised, we were up and running again. 6. A nice touch was the Raki and peanuts on the table to greet us. 7. Complimentary shampoo and shower gels were there, though not expected at that price.

Location, swimming pool and parking

“Well-kept house with sea views in a less touristy area, surrounded by an authentic Cretan village.”

A nicely maintained house in a traditional neighborhood. We really enjoyed the view of the sea and the surrounding hills. The area is less crowded with tourists, which made our stay more peaceful and relaxing.

We had a spacious apartment with a lovely large terrace with a shaded table, plenty of chairs, sunbeds and a smaller coffee size table. The terrace provided a beautiful view of the sea which we enjoyed so much that we usually had takeaway dinners there rather than eating out. There was a handy little oven topped with 2 rings in the kitchen area so cooking a meal was an easy option too. Decent storage in the bedroom, beds satisfactory and bathroom fine. Small swimming pool with area to sunbathe, although we didn't use it and chose the beach instead. Hosts very pleasant. Would stay here again.

“Lovely apartments close to city center and the main beach”

This is a very well situated apartment building, close to the main center and the main beach, but far enough from the crowd. We had a gorgeous view form our terrace, the apartment is big enough for 4 people (2 children and two adults) and there are 2 AC units (in the bedroom and in the living room) which really made life easier at night. We never cooked, but there are basic facilities. Swimming pool is small but tidy and wonderful to enjoy with kids. In short, a great solution for a very comfortable stay. We loved it and we will come back!

Beautiful traditional hotel, in great location to access local beach and restaurants. Rooms spotlessly clean. Small but well equipped kitchen. Friendly and accommodating owners. Fab breakfast. We booked 2 days wish it was more!

Fantastic Stay! Lovely hotel with a great host and excellent value for money. The room was comfortable, and the hospitality was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location only 150 metres from beach, and slightly raised up for a wonderful sea view. One of very few places with a pool so close to town. A nice traditional Greek feel, with plenty of character, great aircon and wifi. Supermarket across the road.
