Charis the host is amazing, very nice and kind! It was worth the stay to get to know her. The guesthouse itself is clean and beautiful although there's no AC in the room (there is a nice ventilator but for very hot days it might not be enough). Breakfast was great and included exactly what we needed.

“Beautiful apartment in a wonderful village”
Beautiful apartment just off the village square - finished to a high standard, really well furnished with an exceptionally comfortable bed (Coco-Mat I think), lovely toiletries - it all feels very high end. Little terrace outside to sit and watch the world go by. Makrinistra is a very pretty village 15 minutes above Volos - you park at the entrance to the village and the Guesthouse an easy 5 minute walk. The village gets busy with day-trippers but is lovely in the morning and evening. A simple breakfast is served on the terrace of the guesthouse just above the apartment, there was just one restaurant open in village in the evening - Kardamo which was excellent.

Our hosts were very nice, and the breakfast was really good. The guesthouse is perfectly located, and allows us to enjoy the beauty of Makrinitsa. It is exactly what you look for when you want a quiet and comfortable place to stay in the mountains!

Situsted on the center of the center a beautful and cozy house with all the necessarily accommodations. Very friendly and always smiling hosts. Definitely l want to come back for more than a night. And above all the muffins were delicious

The guesthouse is located in a magnificent setting on the town square. The room is quaint and beautiful and the owner and staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

The room was very clean and with excellent decoration, in a traditional place located in the center of village with a breathtaking view of the city of Volos and the sea. The owners were very polite, always there to serve you with a big smile and very helpful to give you tips about were to go for food, leisure, beaches etc. Breakfast is awesome, prepared by the owners with much love and espresso or freddo espresso (cold) was top!!
