This boutique hotel is housed in three 17th century fully renovated traditional mansions in the centre of picturesque Makrinitsa. “Alright !”
Conveniently located near the central cobblestone road of the village on the way to the square. Lots of levels, and really cozy inside. A different kind of arrangement. Staff were very welcoming and kind.

“Rustic charm in an historical village.”
We got to stay in a hilltop pension from the 1700s! Oozes character and atmosphere. Breathtaking views too! You needed to climb a ladder to access the room, which I found fantastic (not so good for my parents who have mobility issues. It wasn’t made clear at the time of booking either). The renovated / modern aspects of the room (bathrooms especially) were tastefully designed and finished. A short walk to the village square, a generous buffet breakfast with options that changed every day. Friendly staff (I called reception to close windows I’d left open before a huge thunder storm hit. They kindly closed them but for some reason didn’t think to change my sheets or pillowcase which were wet through?! They did so once I asked them after getting home later that night).

“Great stay, would visit again!”
Location was excellent with breathtaking view of Volos city! The staff was friendly and ready to assist us. Our room was sunny, comfy and very clean. The breakfast buffet had a variety of different things to choose from, all tasty and homemade.
