Lots of luxe details- the hotel has a fragrance as you walk up to it. Amazing service from the staff, and they were quick to help when we had an issue with our door lock. The room itself was stunning and the bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay here to finish off our honeymoon. Great location.

“Never go back! Ever!”
Nothing. Zero! The very worst communication I have EVER experienced in my 30yrs of travelling. The hotel won’t answer you, the management won’t answer, even the company that own the hotel owns the hotel won’t answer. We only want an extra night AND an upgrade. Walks a paper think. Seriously, not worth the close proximity to BTS.

Very convenient location with a short walk to both the BTS station and the metro to the airport link. The room was spacious and facilities in the room were in good conditions.

“Lovely ambience inside the hotel, clean comfy and a handy base for exploring Bangkok for 2 days.”
Very handy to airport skytrain route and Thompson House. Interior decor was calming and interesting. There is a small outside area that I didn't use. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I asked for a quiet room and it was. I suspect rooms that face the very busy road and train station would be noisy. The hotel supplied earplugs that I didn't need to use. Breakfast had a good mix of food the first day. The second day didn't have many cooked veges without meat mixed in. There is a tourist info kiosk near the station with helpful staff.

Good value for money, excellent location if travelling from BKK Airport, air-rail link. Hotel is 5 mins walk from the station airport rail link and also train, friendly staff. Highly recommended to travelers visiting Bangkok. I would definetely stay there again.

“Luxury stay at a good price in Bangkok”
Super comfortable stay, everything was top notch quality. Handy for shopping centres and Jim Thompson House, and super handy for airport train.
