Standard breakfast and dinner. Staff were professional and friendly. Bus service to and from the Haram was excellent with a frequency of every 25 minutes. Just make sure to ask at which bus terminus to catch the bus back to the hotel.

Breakfast and dinner were standard, Staff were professional and friendly. Bus service was good and adequate as it accommodated many people. Bus frequency was about every 25 minutes.

I booked room with 4 beds for 2 days , when I reached the HOTEL I got room with 3 beds only , I tried to cancel but they refused becouse I booked via booking.com . I tried to change my booking for 1day ONLY ,also they refused , so I paid via my card for 2 days 719.18sr . Ispent one night only then i left . Today again they cut the same amount from my card 719.18 , the reson was due to cancelation which i did not cancel . I sent request for cancelation before and i called the booking.com , but they told me even if you did not go we will not get it . SO I went and I paid 719.18 , then I did not find 4 beds in my room , I satyed on night only and I paid for 2 nights . then they cut the same amount of money today from my card . what that mean ? I need my money back. please contact me on 0502174660
