Open buffet was limited choices and they run out of toilet towel. Welcoming coffee & drink are provided but for short time and they run out of stock.

Clean and fresh atrium, spacious rooms, friendly staff, special thanks to Ahmed at house keeping. Johra and Abdullah at reception were also helpful. They are an asset to your team. Good restaurants nearby at affordable prices.

“The stay at the hotel was amazing. However the shuttle service was such a scary and terrible experience.”
The hotel was absolutely superb, it was exceptionally clean and it smelt heavenly. The staff were friendly and smiley and the deco and rooms and everything with the hotel was faultless. Honestly it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

“Pleasant Stay with good comfort”
The hotel was sparkling clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, Room service top notch, Mr Ahmed is an amazing person checked to see if everything is ok. The location in Aziziyah made it easy to access transport to the Haram. Also hotel has shuttle to and fro to the Haram. Masjid just beside the hotel as well. The breakfast and facilities were excellent.
