Stafe should not lie.At the time of booking the guy has taken 205 Saudi Arabia real for the22nd Ramadan iftar and the insist it for me.But 20th Ramadan we figure it out that may not possible to make up and we cancel it.The lady cancel it and told me that they will give the refund on checkout day but at that time she send me to duty manager and told me after long time waiting that after money is non refundable. How terrifying behavior it doesn't go for even one star category hotel. You need to take care and take action of the staff if you claim that it is reputable 5 star hotel.

Shuttle service was not up to expectation.Walk to station from haram was a distance. On Ajyad road. Shuttle took upto 2.5 hours either way.
