The location is excellent. It is close to many restaurants and shopping centers where you can buy gifts for your family. There is also a bus to the Haram that runs on time, and there is a return bus from the Haram as well. I highly recommend staying here.

Their service is very bad. You will never find a bus at the Haram stop. It is neither at the hotel nor at the stop. After waiting for three hours, you have to take a taxi. If you ask for water, they give you three bottles for water, and that too is so small that you drink all three bottles at once. Apart from that, the service is not good at all and the room is also average. There is no cleaning service. They don't come to clean it unless you ask. I will not take this hotel again even by mistake. Their service is not good and it is so far from the Haram that you have to take a taxi or a bus for it and they do not have a bus and even if you tell them, they do not understand and they keep saying that no, the bus was at this stop and the taxi driver charges 30 riyals for one way. Neither their refrigerator was working inside the room nor the side tables that are attached to them. They had been experiencing a power outage for two days. Despite repeated calls, no one came to fix it. Nor did their service telephone work. And if it ever did, these people wouldn't even pick up the phone. Very Very Bad Experince....🤷 Not Recomended 😡😡😡

It was a good experience staying at the hotel for our Umrah. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Variety of food choices nearby and can do your shopping easily.

No table or chairs in the room, I asked the staff about that, they said all room tables are at maintenance Also there was only one pillow for every bed and when I requested more they provided only 2 (I had 2 rooms suite 7 beds) which wasn't enough

Hotel staff is good, the location is for away from Haram, there is no shuttle. Breakfast, there is only Box contaning cold items only like Lubna, cheez, boiled eggs

The signal of the internet was weak we hope it to be developed. But in general we all loved the staying in the hotel and enjoyed.

The room and toilet were dirty There was an odor in the room and high humidity. The breakfast was very poor and wasn't worth 5SR. They knocked my door to hand me this poor breakfast at 6 AM! There were noises and kids running around the corridor all night. I couldn't sleep on the first night of my stay, and that affected my performance in my meetings the following morning. So I decided to check out one night earlier and leave to another hotel.
