Wonderful Customer Service. Waseem, Hatem and Ahmed are great persons, always ready to assist. Waseem's communications skills are awesome. Mohiduddin, Tariq are great hospitality guys. Neat and clean environment. They have shuttle service to Haram at Prayers times. Moreover providing delicious and quality breakfast. I would love to stay here again. Great work guys keep it up

For a Long time i havent been in a better hotel. I would reccomend it for an umrah trip as the number 4 bus is Directly conneced for Haram. All the staff was more than excellent.

Great location if you looking for more traditional experience, closer to Mina and easy commute to Cave Hira, surrounded by great variety of shops and restaurants. Free Parking and staff were very supportive to accommodate my needs. Highly recommended

Room cleanliness. Value for money they charged. Friendly staff & very helpful specially Mr. WASEEM at reception and the others were also veru cooperative. Breakfast was good.
