The furniture was modern, although I reserved a single bed, I got a double size bed which was very comfort, I was very valuable for price, specially that I have reserved in a high season, the location is so close from Haram, with golf car for high ramp specialy at pray time, the coffe machine at reception was great.

This hotel is located on a hill, but there is no need to worry as a buggy service is provided to transport guests up and down the hill to and from Masjid al-Haram. Be sure to make use of this convenient service. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Complimentary coffee and delicious karak tea are available and highly appreciated by guests. There is also a restaurant within the hotel. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Syarifuddin, who prepares a very delicious omelet. It is definitely a must-try! Overall, our stay at Elaf Al Maqam Hotel was excellent, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah.

I like continental feast. The breakfast options me as my own, with plenty of items. It is really wonderful. Normally I take maximum 20 minutes for breakfast in normal places. But, during my stay in Nour Althuria I spent more than one and half hours to enjoy the breakfast every day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is great, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout our visit. Even before our arrival, I requested an extra bed and it was provided free of charge. Special thanks to Mr. Saed for generously offering us complimentary dinner and breakfast for two days. Although the hotel is situated on a hilly area, the buggy service provided made getting around very convenient. Mr. Saed also kindly assisted in arranging our transport to the train station. We’re truly glad we chose this hotel for our Umrah during Ramadan. And of course, the free-flow coffee was a delightful bonus that I thoroughly enjoyed!

The staff at this hotel deserve a special - Mr Saif Islam - the hotel manger as well as the restaurant staff We were short of nothing and were always treated with a great degree of respect and politeness Mr Saif even gave us a bonus iftar package We are very grateful and will surely consider using this hotel again in the future

The staff were extremely responsive and always quick to assist with anything needed. They were very accommodating and made us feel genuinely welcome. One of the highlights was their warm hospitality- they even invited us for iftar free of charge the night before Eid, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a good location.

The property enjoys a highly convenient location, situated just a five-minute walk from the Haram. Although there are approximately 15–20 steps along the way that are somewhat steep, they remain entirely manageable. We took 4-bed room and we were surprised to see the size of the room. It was huge to accomodate my family members. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attentiveness throughout our stay. In particular, Saif Ul Islam at the reception was remarkably supportive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Usman was very helpful and the stay was very good. Hotel is close to the Haram.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is very close to the Haram, only about a 4-minute walk, which made it extremely convenient. The staff were very, very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was clean and the service was excellent. During Ramadan, the hotel offered a varied all-you-can-eat buffet for Iftar with very good food. It was not included and had to be paid separately, but it was worth it. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
