“Terrible Experience”
Initially, it was okay. Check in was smooth and fast and the room was spacious.

“Communication must be improved”
The reception was a major downside. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not properly trained for front-desk duties. Another big issue was communication — no one ever answered the phone at the hotel. We tried to make changes, but there was no response. Overall, communication skills, both online and in person, were a very serious weakness. Apart from that, the stay itself was okay. The hotel was decent, and there were no other major issues.

I didn't like it because room floor was so dirty it is not so clean it was okay. But it wasn't like five stars hotel restaurant manager was so rude and he is charged us for breakfast for 2 person even I paid for breakfast aswell but they charged me

Moreover, the hotel's location not far away from the Makkah made it incredibly convenient for prayers and visits to the holy sites.
