“CROOKS STAY AWAY”
There crooks DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME IN THE MONTH OF Ramadhan JANUARY THEY CHARGED ME ONCE THROUGH A DIRECT IBAN PAYMENT WITH MY BANK THEY THEN CHARGED ME THROUGH BOOKING.COM ITS 4 months and they still have not paid me back

“Need to improve the behaviour of female staff and the food offered at restaurant”
I liked the cleanliness although the room I got (808) was ok and close to the lift. Usually I ask for changing it, but since I was in Makkah for prayer and not to spend time in hotel I didn’t really bother. But they could have given a better room with less noise from lift area.

“Great stay during Ramadan”
I stayed her towards the latter part of Ramadan and to be honest the standard of the property was second to none. The property was clean, daily housekeeping was promt, consistent and the lobby area was great and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. Plenty of small supermarkets nearby as well as restaurants.
