I booked the hotel, and at reception I was told that check-in was at 4 pm because the room needed cleaning. I waited for 4 continuous hours, and every half hour I went back to ask at reception, and the same response was given that the hotel had not received confirmation from the Booking.com website. Finally, one of the reception staff, an Egyptian national, informed me that I did not have a reservation at all.

Amazing staff. Ms. Fatima at reception is awesome. She guides really well and is very helpful. May Allah bless her with more success. Ameeen. Cleanliness was top-notch. Washroom accessories were perfect. Clean towels, ample water, other equipment like iron & iron board. Perfect view. Excellent service to Harram.

My room lost power. was cut off for a whole day, and I spent the whole day in the high temperature of the room, and I couldn't find Adan listening to me. I even complained to them, but they didn't pay attention anymore.
