The 5-star Elaf Kinda Hotel is adjacent to King Abdul Aziz's waqf facing the al Masjed al haram between King Abdul Aziz Gate and King Fahd Gate, just steps away from the Kaaba and a direct access to the al Masjed al haram. The hotel has a very good location as it is close to Masjid al-Haram, and the connected floors make access very convenient. However, the hotel feels quite outdated, with many items looking old and not well maintained. The internet is very slow, around 1–2 Mbps, which was disappointing. The room for two people is also quite small and not very comfortable. Although there are many lifts available, the overall experience was not satisfying, mainly due to the poor internet connection.

I had a wonderful stay at Eda Kilda Hotel for five nights. The hotel is exceptionally clean, tidy, and well maintained. What impressed me most was the outstanding service provided by the entire staff. Everyone was very helpful, supportive, and professional throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, being very close to Haram Sharif, which made it extremely convenient for us. The lifts were never a problem, as there were plenty available at all times, making it easy to move around the hotel without long waiting times. Whenever I called for assistance or requested anything such as water, fresh towels, or room cleaning, the staff responded within minutes. Their promptness and dedication to guest comfort made my stay truly enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Rifat from Room Service (Room 1105). He is an amazing young man—well-mannered, respectful, calm, humble, and always ready to help with a smile. His excellent attitude and professionalism made a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend Eda Kilda Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming stay. Thank you to all the staff for making my visit so pleasant and memorable. Everything, location for both male and female to the Masjid. The Hotel staff and rooms were amazing and the lifts were not too busy during our 8 days. Will definitely book again insha'Allah.

Staff are very friendly unfortunately the room is very dark furniture is very outdated. I was also disappointed there was no Azan volume controller like other hotels I could barely hear the Azan.
