I like it, because it is clean and quite location and it has friendly staff.whom are willing to help for you.anytime you approach and ask help, example; Cleaning or provided other service if you ask them.

“Very good”
At first I was a little scared after reading the reviews, but after staying here I found out that it was a great experience. Everything was very nice. The staff was also very cooperative. The only problem is that the language so it becomes a little difficult. The instructions are very helpful. The location was a bit far from the Kaaba, but I can't leave everything else. It was very close.

“I would prefere to stay in any other hotel, never this one again.”
I had booked the stay from booking.com and made the payment, the hotel manager wants to pay the whole amount again, as he is not clear about if he will receive the money from booking.com.

“It was value for money. Unless someone wants to be staying very close to Al Haram this location is good.”
It was close to restaurants and shops. Distance to Al haram was around 6km. A taxi costed around SAR 20 only.

At the first they inform me by message that i need to send them money by bank transfer , so i send them 360 SAR, and i sent the invoice by mail, but when i came to hotel, they said that i sent only 330 SAR, and they were talking with superiority, bad dealing ever, it 's the worst hotel that i visited , adding to that the close is damage, and the room not 100% clean, ( i have evidence for everything)
