Although I paid for a room with breakfast, they told me ,no you have no breakfast , when I attempted to make a complaint in booking. com , they brought it and said , oh sorry! Someone didn't write your name , Next morning, I requested breakfast at 06:40 am , I received it at 09 :00am after calling several times , and the surprise: same breakfast of yesterday!!!

Very cozy room, neat and clean ambience. Good hospitality. Very peaceful. Excellent connectivity to Al Haram by free shuttle service available 24x7 right in front of the hotel gate. Highly recommended.
