Everything was good except the location from haram as we have to pay almost 30 SAR every trip to go haram in taxi from hotel

Paid for Room with Breakfast but was told on arrival that breakfast was from 6-8 PM . We arrived at 9 PM after travelling 6 hours. No drinking water provided by hotel . had to purchase from reception. Hotel advertised free Shuttle to Haram but when we went for shuttle we were told no shuttles available as Haram was closed.All staff only speak Arabic so communication in English not possible. We only spent the last night of our stay at this hotel but will not return.

Poor customer service, none experienced they argue with no sense. All service on website was lying, they're specific time for bus,you have to wait and the trafic was horrible 5km it's take 50 minutes to reached haram.the breakfast wasn't good. The deal I got online they charged the amount at property it's look like scammed. 😒

“Lejos de Makkah y difícil acceso en Hajj o Ramadan”
I stayed at Al Waleed Hotel in Saudi Arabia. The hotel is far from Makkah, which is a problem, especially during Ramadan or Hajj. Police close the roads, so you have to walk a long distance. This is difficult for elderly people or those who are sick. The hotel’s shuttle service is not very helpful. If you plan to book during Ramadan or Hajj, this hotel may not be a good choice.
