"I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. The only suggestion for improvement of Bus service from Harram to hotel, the stay time is long at kudai parking while coming back to hotel from Harram. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

“Kids play area...large Masjid with free relaxation area”
Location in Aziziyah opposite Romansiah Restraurant (one of the best in Saudi cuisine). Play area for children. Extra mattresses underneath beds. Very clean Breakfast buffet 25 riyals. Kids free.

“Fair option for families.”
Quick check-in before Fajr without extra charge. Room service was available upon request. Mosque nearby. Next to major shops with easy access to amenities. Frequent shuttles to Al Haram.

They need to make room cleaning more of a routine than something that requires special booking. As a city receiving visitors from all over the world, it will be nice for the reception staff to be multi-lingual.
