“A fabulous place”

An absolute must stay place if you are in Batumi. It is next to the beach, next to supermarkets and restaurants. The best part if the fully equipped kitchen and free laundary services. Everything is top-notch. Dimitri makes his best to make you feel at home.

Fantastic shared facilities with a kitchen that is better equipped then some homes. Really great concept to share such a good kitchen and dining area. The rooms were also totally comfortable and the view of the ocean is also a big plus.

Excellent value for money. A wonderful host who helped us with our issues several times. A cozy little hotel where everything has been well thought out. Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation.

The only thing I really didn’t like about the hotel was that feeding the stray animals nearby was prohibited.

Nice location down to the beach. Located outside Batumi city center but easyly accessible by car. The building offers a nice rooftop where you can enjoy the sunset.

The hotel offers great value for the price, the sea is in front of you, the terrace has very good view (especially at night) and shared kitchen is well equipped and nice.

This hotel is location ON THE BEACH. We had a beach view room with balcony and it was amazing. The hotel is self-serve concept and equipped with everything you need for your stay there including well equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine and a dryer for the guests use. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us all the support we needed.

Guest house Garden Beach is such lovely place. I found only pluses. Location is very cool. In one minute sea, without crowd. To Batumy you can go by taxi, by bus or other ways, it's not a big deal. Lovely restaurant and canteen is also near by house and you don't need to think what you should have for dinner. We booked 3 rooms and all of them were perfect. I think the best option for booking is rooms on the third and fourth flour with sea side view. Kitchen has all staff for cooking even juice maker. And the last floor is the perfect place to spend dinners with beautiful sunset. My recommendation and enjoy your time.

Fantastic stay, clean, 30 seconds to the sea, got everything you need, solid beds, well isolated windows and most importantly a heartwarming host who will make sure your stay is as good as you could only wish for it to be.

It is more of a furnished apartment with a kitchen downstairs. Wish we were there for a few more days to enjoy the place as well as Batumi.

Perfect location with a perfect view of Batumi! The host and the team are very helpful and communicative, I had no problems while asking any questions or favours. Everywhere is clean and you can go to the beach with just your towel and swimming suit. It's only a couple of minutes from Batumi, so it's the best choice. Around the object many shops and parking places. If I come back to the area again I will definitely stay at this place

Accommodation next to the sea, beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and Batumi, well equipped and design dining room and kitchen.

The hospitality is very helpful, friendly! The view from the top roof (city skylines) and the balcony (garden&beach) is great. The sounds of the waves are beautiful. The facilities in the kitchen and the fridge in the rooms. The location on the beach, between the city and the botanic garden, the little and local restaurant + food markets across the street& railway.
