The Guest House offers excellent views from balconies and rooftop. The room is spacious and clean. The family is very friendly. And the location is perfect: quiet and close to the beach.

I've stayed alone at this guesthouse before and absolutely lived it. This time I brought a friend with me from South Africa, and she simply couldn't believe the wonderful view! The kitchen on the rooftop is lovely, and it's bright and spacious. Good value for money, with an amazing sea view away from the crowds.

The Guesthouse is a family business. The owners are very kind and welcoming. The landlord insisted on carrying my bag up to my room.The room is spacious, clean with a magnificent sea view. The bathroom is modern and clean. There is a bus station nearby, as well as many bakeries and groceries. Excellent value for the money, especially that Batumi hotels with similar characteristics are much more expensive. I pretty much enjoyed my stay.

“Beautiful guest House, affordable and clean in a great location with great views”

Guest House ETM was a beautiful building, very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. It's in a great location near local shops with a bus stop to Batumi centre nearby. There is a kitchen on the roof which also gives the best views of sunsets! I Loved this place, and will stay again 😊

It's a very beautiful place. There are several grocery stores and a nearby pharmacy. The rooms are clean and cozy. The view from the window is stunning, especially at night. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, away from the city and construction—exactly what I need to relax and unwind. The rooms have personal heating, AC, a closet, and a shower. There is also a private balcony in each room—a nice spot to sit at the end of the day. The sound insolation is excellent. There is a terrace on the roof and a separate room with a shared kitchen for guests, equipped with a microwave, kettle, stove, and a refrigerator. The hosts are very hospitable and are willing to help. They've treated me to some homemade chacha and fruits. Also, they've helped me with some personal matters. In general, they were very kind to me and treated me like family.

I liked everything about my stay, I wish I could stay longer. Room is very cute and clean, beach is very close, amazing terrace and welcoming hosts!

“Best view, great hosts, great sleep and smells like jungle!”

The outside view is spectacular! The sea is in 4 minutes' walking distance. The hotel is brand new and the guest apartments are being built, so there will be room for various types of travellers. The place is 20-something meters above sea level among the tropical trees, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The place is just by the road with a bus stop - 8, 10, 10a will be taking you to the busiest area of Batumi in less than 20 minutes. There are markets, shops and a restaurant in 200 meters or so, but the most attractive facility is the beach and the proximity of the Batumi botanical garden and the Green Cape - beautiful are with clean water. The place fits family stays and couples on a budget. Hosts are very helpful and friendly. But my absolute favourite is the view! Terrace and balcony. The place has two kitchens stuffed with all you might need for cooking. I would add one more fridge though, but I think it's a matter of time

“Laid back get away in the mountains away from the city center”

The views are stunning specially from the rooftop. The kitchen is in the rooftop and they have a spacious place to sit and bask at the lovely beach and lovely sunset at the front, and the lush greens mountains at the back. We can’t get enough of the vistas everyday, we stayed there for a month. The bus stop is just exactly at the same location as the guesthouse, just need to walk around 5 mins. Just hop on the Bus #10 to Batumi City Center to the East and Batumi Botanical Gardens to the west. Shops and groceries are also nearby, around 10 minute walk, prices of produce are quite cheap as well. the property is surrounded by trees and flowers which made our everyday outdoor walks so refreshing.
