after several accommodations in Georgia, finally a nicely done bathroom 👌In the corners, in the shower and around the sink or toilet, there are no kilos of transparent silicone, as you can usually see. Perfect! Homestay is near the beach and with nice view. Everything was clean and prepared for us

The location is great. Quiet. It's easy to get to the city center with a YANDEX taxi. Very close to the botanical garden. A few hundred meters from the beach.

“Perfect location in Batumi with a perfect view”
This place was exactly what I needed after getting the overnight train from Vanadzor to Batumi. I didn't know Georgia at all, although have been in Armenia for six months. This place is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the bus stop into town and beyond, and also to the beach. The best thing was the view especially at sunset from the balcony. Everything was clean, the family who own the place are very friendly and respectful, and the kitchen facilities were perfect. I will be back!

Great hosts, very caring and helpful. Delicious breakfasts, beautiful view, clean, pretty and well equipped room. They even took care of us after we got sick due to overheating. We recommend this place to everyone!

Wonderful large room, wonderful sympathetic and attentive hostess. The room is fully consistent with the photo, we have a balcony overlooking the sea and so every evening we enjoyed the colorful sunsets. Our room had a large and very comfortable bed. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area was always quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed
