“3 minutes to the Black Sea”
3 minutes to the Black Sea - a comfortable place for global tourism. Fom the balcony you have the view of the ocean. And all shops are nearby. And you can get small rooms and family rooms. All with shower and washing machine. In the evening you can enjoy a glass of wine and the sun sets at the balcony. Or walk 3 minutes to the Black Sea and enjoy the highlight of Georgia.

“Everything I needed for a week by the sea”
The appartment is located less than a minute away from the sea. It is well furbished with a small kitchen and a washing machine. I had once a problem with the shower leaking, but the owner fixed it only a few minutes after I messaged him about it.

“Great location near the beach”
The location was nera the beach which is what we wanted. We appreciated the washing machine and kitchen. Batumi was easily accesible by bus, although the bus was not that frequent. There are many shops around and a good restaurant.

“I stayed here for a month and in General my experience was very positive”
It's super close to the sea, product shops and bakeries are in 1-2 min walk, and you can easily get to Batumi by bus in 15-20 min with the beautiful view during the ride. The apartment is quite small, but has all the necessary things for short and long stay. The owner is a nice pleasant guy, who always asks if everything is ok and is ready to help with any issues you May have
