“A unique treehouse stay with lovely hosts, but very remote with limited WiFi, power, and convenience”

The treehouse is absolutely brilliant. If you’re looking for a true, authentic treehouse experience, this is genuinely something special. It really does feel like being up in the trees — like an adult version of childhood treehouses (no exaggeration!). Huge credit to the owners for the design and build — I’ve never seen anything quite like it anywhere else. The room facilities, considering how remote the location is, were very good. The bed was clean and comfortable, there was a mosquito net, and the bathroom was clean, functional, and had hot water. The rooms are well protected with nets and screens, which makes a big difference in this environment. There’s even a small fridge, which is a nice added touch. The shared kitchen is also excellent — fully equipped with all the utensils you might need, making it easy to self-cater if you want to. The management were also very kind and accommodating with breakfast, going out of their way to provide oat milk and granola for me, which I really appreciated. That said, it’s worth noting for future guests that there are no supermarkets nearby, so without this kind of support you would need to arrive fully prepared with food.

Such amazing facilities that we were not expecting for a treehouse, especially the high pressure shower. Breakfast is really good and has quite a few options from cereal, yoghurt, fruit and eggs. There is plenty of open space on the property to chill outside the treehouse with WiFi, as the room doesn't have WiFi. The only small downside is there are mosquitoes all over the place, but you get a fan and a mosquito net to sleep with so you arent bothered.

Gorgeous houses, really relaxing, nice light breakfast, staff super helpful and available for questions and chats. We would stay there again without any doubt!

Really lovely place to stay. Treehouses are really well made with good sized room, hot shower and lots of nice things (eg plugs everywhere, low power lights to not attract to many insects etc). I appreciated the bug nets on the windows and over the bed. The staff were lovely (particularly Ella). The food onsite was good. I also appreciated the pool table and board games to help pass the time. Having a kitchen was super helpful it gave you flexibility on when to have breakfast and you can make your own meals etc.

“Lovely cozy stay at the Treehouses”

The rooms are beautiful and cozy with plenty of space. Being among the trees feels magical and the wood shaping of the rooms and furniture provides a warmth and a personal feeling. The rooms were very comfortable and we slept well. The team there was lovely, so helpful and looked after us well. And despite not having A/C we were cool enough with the fan and the shade from the trees.

Staying here was a fantastic experience , it is such a unique place in Tongatapu. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed! The buildings are incredible, real works of art Everyone is so friendly and helpful, we have dietary requirements (inclusing celiac), which we wete xobcerned about for travel, we ended up eating here most nights instead of anywhere else because rhey took such good care of us. 11/10, wouls come back anytime

“A peaceful retreat”

I stayed with my partner for 2 nights and we absolutely loved this place! Everyone who works here is lovely and helpful. The treehouses are beautifully made and well thought out. Not a drop of water got in during a very heavy storm. We paid to have dinner here both nights and the food was delicious. WiFi works well in the communal areas and it was nice to have a simple breakfast included.

We had an amazing experience here! Celebrated our son's 4th birthday in a treehouse. Our boys loved it. Thankful to Chris and Ashleigh for the work they do in Tonga. Nothing more beautiful than witnessing people adapt to the tongan life and nurture the grounds they now live on. We appreciate your God-given talents! We've never experienced such fine work, detail and effort put into a treehouse. We are very grateful for the special memories we've created here. Such a nice place to escape to and relax. The novelty of staying in the tree canopy, bonus point for the thunderstorm light show on the last night.. evening meals on site was super easy and appreciated.

“A communion with nature…”

We loved the connection to nature. Beautifully crafted treehouses, it felt like stepping into never never land.. we stayed in the loft. Which had a downstairs living, bedroom, bathroom and an additional bedroom upstairs, which was great for our children. The breakfast and communal kitchen were good. Awesome bathrooms - has everything you need. Wonderful hosts - Ashley had great communication and made a lovely dinner. Chris and his family are lovingly building this place and you can feel the genuine connection they have to the land and the people..
