“Disappointing, lots of hotels in Makassar below this price point which were cleaner.”
Great hotel design and rooms layout, probably one of the nicer hotels in Makassar based on visit so far. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options for local and international food too. The staff was polite and professional.

“THE ONLY HOTEL TO STAY WHEN IN MAKASSAR”
Junior Suite - this Mercure property has all the hallmarks you would expect from this hotel chain - the room was exceptionally well appointed (more akin 5-star - with all complimentary benefits) - large/clean/modern - the hotel has excellent room service food, an above average breakfast, a pool & gym - but the real plus of this hotel is the staff (all the staff !!) - we genuinely felt they had the guests best interests at heart (and not just for a good rating !!) - we very rarely name names but the two managers Ari and Joko were by far the best we have encountered in Indonesia

“Keeping a good standard as always”
Room was clean and quiet. I liked my room because it has a nice sunset view. Room decoration with local style paint was nice.

“Fabulous experiences”
