“An almost perfect stay”
The pool was outstanding; Location is in a nice neighbourhood with shops and restaurants and a few minutes to Losari beach Spacious rooms with a very good bed. Excellent choice at the breakfast buffet and because we did stay longer we got a la carte options prepared (toast with advicado!) for us

Excaptionally clean and beautiful rooms. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of international as well as local specialisties. The quality was also of a very high standard. As I have been numerous times to Makassar and also know the other Hotels which play in the same league (e.g. the 4 Star Hotels located at the seafront),. the Hyatt offers a way better, more luxurious experience for the same price. In my opinion it is by a large margin the currently best choice for a stay in Makassar.

My stay has been absolutely wonderful due to the care and attention that all the amazing people in this hotel have given me! The front desk team are exceptional from checking in to helping me organize my stay in Makassar. I have truly been looked after so well and that is why I have come back over and over again. In the front office team I would like to personally thank Reza who leads he's team with excellent leadership, Tari (who has been an absolute gem and has personally helped me with everything!) Puput, Ajie and Eva who are always smiling and really to help! I would like to mention Lili who is head of housekeeping for always making sure I am happy and confortable in my room. “Great stay”
We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet offers great and delicious fresh options. The staff is incredibly friendly. This goes for each staff member from the reception to the housekeeping. The room is clean and the double room with a small sleeping sofa option and large double bed was perfect for our family of 4.

Really lovely hotel - nice, modern, all the facilities you could want! Super professional staff, friendly! Would absolutely stay here again if we ever came to Makassar. Also, the a la carte menu for dinner in the restaurant was really well made and full of flavour! Local Makassaris had birthday celebrations in the restaurant on the Saturday evening and live music which gave it a nice local dimension!

Some staff were very rude. Manager was ok but clearly he couldnt do much to help. hotel room was barely cleaned, sometimes messier than to start. Dirty bedsheets lost laundry lack of food- did not cater for dietary requirements even though they were asked before and said they would
