Located in the coastal town of Makarska, Villa Neda is set in a quiet location, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. It features free Wi-Fi, free parking and a garden with a barbecue. A pebbly beach is 300 metres away. All accommodation units are fitted with air-conditioning, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. Private bathroom provides a shower and free toiletries, while all units also feature a balcony. A grocery store can be found just 20 metres away, while various restaurants are available in the city centre, 500 metres away. The nearby beach features sports facilities, as well as restaurants and bars. The centre can be reached in a short walk along the seaside promenade. Excursions and day trips to Dubrovnik, Hvar Island and Split can be arranged in the centre. Nature Park Biokovo offers numerous hiking opportunities. A bus station can be found in the city centre, while Split Airport is located 70 km away. Airport shuttle service is available against a surcharge.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Neda. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the balcony with its breathtaking sea view — we enjoyed spending time there every day. The location is also excellent, close to the beach and the center of Makarska. Parking was convenient, and everything was very well organized. Overall, it was a perfect experience and we would be happy to return!

“Nice location but unpredictable host ruined our stay”
The host, Tomislav, welcomed us in a very friendly way by supporting with bringing in our luggage and giving tips on what to do in Makarska and the surrounding area. The house is very well located in Makarska and we liked the apartment very much so our rating would undoubtedly have been 10 points if an event had not ruined the stay.

Wonderful apartments on a quiet street in Makarska. There are shops and bakeries nearby. The sea is easily reached on foot in 8-10 minutes. The road from the beach goes up a little bit, but the slope is small. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, stove, air conditioning, kettle, coffee maker. You can cook your own food, there are all the necessary utensils. The apartment is very clean. The owners (Tomislav and his wife Źeljana) help to solve any issue. On the first day Tomislav showed us the best places to visit on the map. His recommendations were super.

“Highly recommend”
We had a wonderful time at this location. the owner is very attentive to details, he gave us all the information we needed for a pleasant, relaxing but also full of activities stay. we warmly recommend it. the apartment was very well equipped, the kitchen is equipped with a stove, pots, plates, cups, coffee machine, kettle, etc. We've asked for baby crib and they had it. we felt like home. I do appreciate all the effort made to keep it clean and for offering such a pleasant way to spend our stay.

Everything was perfect. Extremely clean with beautiful view. Very hospitable staff. Beach is not far from the apartment. We even received a gift from the owners. Can only recommend 😍 Definitely a place to come back to.
