“Cozy and peaceful apartment with sea view and balcony”

Very clean, quiet, air-conditioned and well-equipped apartment a short walk from the beach and the center. The landlady Ivanka was really friendly and helpful. When we arrived, there was apple pie she had baked and refreshments waiting for us in the fridge. Covered parking for the rental car downstairs.

Everything is very beautiful. The apartment is very, very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, and you can easily cook. The bedroom is lovely, and the bed is comfy. The best thing about this apartment is the view from the balcony– you can see the city, the sea, and even a glimpse of the mountains. The balcony is very spatious and clean. Another thing I really appreciated was the covered garage with card access. The host was very friendly and responsive I can’t recommend this place enough, I will definitely come back!

“Perfect Choice in Makarska”

Ivanka is amazing host, she is kind, helpful and generous with welcome presents. One of the best hosts we have ever seen. Also the apartment is close to Makarska beach, 10 minutes to walk, shiny clean and well equipped.

The host family is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment had all necessary appliances for a comfortable stay and had enough space. The location is good, close to all necessary places with a little walk (i.e., beach, supermarket, not far from town center).

The property has a wonderful view to Makarska and the sea. It was very clean, it had everything we needed to cook meals at home(it even has a dishwasher). It was quiet, nobody disturbed our sleep. The owner who owns it is a very great lady! We will for sure return back and I recommend Apartments Villa Luce to anyone!!!

Everything was perfect! The apartment was spotless, modern, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities – from a fully equipped kitchen to air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with Netflix access. Drinks were prepared in the fridge, and a welcome treat was waiting on the table. The bedroom had a large, soft, and very comfortable bed, with direct access to a clean and modern bathroom. Great location – close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, ideal for relaxing. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Private garage with automatic gates and remote control – perfect for keeping the car cool and safe from the sun. Highly recommended – 100%

That was the best experience in Makarska , Ivanka was so kind and friendly and I can highly recommend this place . The apartment was amazing and clean , perfect place to stay for a vacation .

“Great place with nice owners”

I liked everything. The owner was very friendly and met us at the bus station by car, although the apartments are very close. The room itself was spacious and clean, there were plenty of towels and we were even given beach towels. The Hall has a first-aid kit and umbrellas for visitors. There was also a gift in the room in the form of a bottle of wine and fruit, water, beer and juice in the fridge. Staying here was very pleasant, I think we will come back here again.

It was amazing! 10 of 10! Antonia pleasantly met us, apartments were super nice, clean, well-equipped with everything necessary! Location is great, close to the beach and center. Also there is a garage so our car was in safe. I asked about possible laundry and Antonia organized everything, after we came back from a walk fresh and dry clothes already waited for us! What a great people! Absolutely recommend this apartments!

Sitting at the balcony able to see a good view of city & mountains. Especially the flowers make it whole stand up.

Everything was just amazing. Ivanka gave us the warmest welcome, gave us some advice on where to eat, and some other pointers on good places here! We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you and we will definitely come back if we are in Makarska

It was clean, nice and had everything we needed. It has great garage and owners let us park the last day of our visit even after we checked out. Recommend 100% and will visit again! Beach is really close too.

The host, Mrs. Ivanka is absolutely amazing, helpful, very kind and friendly madam. We loved spacy cosy and very well equipped modern apartment and also perfectly accessible adjacent private parking garage with door remote controller. The locality is also great, just couple of minutes from the main promenade.

Awesome view! The host picked us up from the bus stop and showed us the best restaurants nearby. TV with cable channels and Netflix. The fridge was also kindly stocked. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

“Luxury apartment with lovely view to the sea”

Very nice apartment, very clean and finished to high standards. Very confy mattress. Good size balcony but just plastic chairs. Washing machine and supplies to wash cloths available. Oven and top oven if you wish to cook and kitchen utensils available. Not much storing space though for kitchen, enough storing space for cloths. Welcoming hosts with good recommendations for eating out and what to visit.
