Location 10/10 Close to restaurants, train and bus station. Facilities 10/10 Clean and comfortable Onsen is magic Restaurant served delicious food Room Compact, however just what we needed. Comfortable bed.

“A clean and bright hotel very close to Nishi-Maizuru Station”

The staff were very friendly at check-in. The location is great, literally about 2 minutes walk from Nishi-Maizuru Station. The price was very reasonable and there was a hot spring. The bright shower curtain made me happy too.

Close to train, bus, taxi and bike hire Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Option for buffet breakfast which I enjoyed. Staff were friendly and super helpful and held our luggage until it was check in time.

“Concenient location and good value for money”

Convenient location, just right next to the Nishi-Maizuru train station and bus stop. There are also car rental shops nearby. Room is clean, staff are friendly, reception is available 24/7, there is also a public bath available (open to men and women at different time).

“Prime location, great facility, friendly staff”

The hotel is literally 30 seconds walk from the station. With the large shine board facing the station entrance it means there is no need to pull out to Google Maps for directions. Yes the hotel is a bit of each but the hotel style was extremely helpful and friendly. Also offers and On send hot spray ordered the floor which is free to use for a hotel guests. Just three minutes walk is the main street with lots of restaurants. What else can one ask for from a humble local hotel?

“A bit in the countryside but great opportunities to visit many different locations”

It was a nice place a bit out of the traditional Japanese tourist spots but it allowed for great connections with several locations north of Kyoto

It was a very nice hotel. They didn't have many options for food as the restaurant was closed and the cafe served food for very limited hours. I woke up to hearing someone's room door bell being constantly pressed early in the morning. Not sure why the rooms have doorbells I have never seen that at any hotel before. Otherwise a very nice stay.

“We had the best stay in Maizuru”

Location - The bus drop off from Osaka is right outside the hotel. Two minute walk from train station. Five minute to walk to Bazaar Town (Department store/Supermarket. Restaurant - Great value and delicious Breakfast - 10/10 Public bath - exceptionally clean Toiletries - Take what you use. Staff - Friendly and helpful

“Perfect location”

Perfect location. Right next to the train station. Onsen with top floor restaurant and bottom floor type cafe. Close to convenience store and Yoshinoya for good cheap food.

Central location. Next to station. Excellent breakfast. Wide variety of Japanese food at a food price. Helpful staff Restaurants nearby.

“Nice comfy hotel next to train station”

This hotel is right next to the train station. The staff were very helpful in suggesting where to go for dinner. We paid $7 US for each breakfast added on when we registered. Our room was roomy & our beds were comfy. I went to the public bath (Onsen) to relax. They only have 1 Onsen with separate hours for men & women.

Good hotel with nice staff. The twin room I had was quite big and I thought the Hotel was in a convenient location close to the station, supermarket and short walk to restaurants. The breakfast was reasonable for the price.

Straight across from station, big room, had mountain view, easy walk to explore temples behind town. Check in & out quick & not a machine..

Location is best. The hotel is just too old.

Location right next to Nishi Maizuru station. Looks old but relatively clean. Thank goodness the restaurant in the hotel serves good food because there's not many food options nearby.
