One of the male staff at the hotel was helpful and sincere in helping us get a cab to the ferry terminal, unfortunately we didn't catch his name.But when our ferry was cancelled due to bad weather, we decided to book the same hotel again because this staff gives the sunshine of the day, plus the location was great, near the train station and walkable distance to the shopping mall. Best of all there is a microwave, water dispenser, paid washing machine and dryer in the hotel. Stay comes with a simple breakfast to start the day.

“comfortable”
this hotel was very accommodating. my reservation was for a day later but they very kindly changed by reservation was the day in turned up. it was comfortable, the Internet very reliable and clean. the Japanese breakfast was a bonus.

Really close to the Higashi-Maizuru train station, free breakfast. Pretty good receptionists. Business hotel you can't ask for more.

Great location next to the mall and train station close to shops and restaurants. There is a park right next door, great for kids to run around

Perfect location - literally just a couple of minutes from the station, you can see it as you pull in on the train. Wonderful kind and friendly staff. Really accommodating! Nice view from the room. Had everything I needed!
