The location and proximity to stations, the value for money, family rooms, and the breakfast was much better compared to other hotels at god costs. Staff were very helpful and chatty, reception area was very comfortable to set and relax in the evenings.

Staff were particularly friendly and helpful. They helped me with a taxi problem and were very welcoming to my children. The games area was really great to be able to relax without pressure to spend money.

The location is excellent, with quick and easy access to the city centre. The area feels very safe, even late at night, as we returned after midnight every day. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
