The apartment is located in a very nice and quiet apartment with decent parking nearby. It had all the necessary amenities and was very comfortable.

The house is superb, Ciudad Expo is almost like a gated community, you will feel very safe and free to walk around. The house owners were very nice, very attentive, and very quick to answer. We had an issue regarding the blinds in the bedroom not closing all the way, and they resolved the issue in no time, super fast. Great communication, no language barriers whatsoever. Good location, even though Ciudad Expo it's not in the center of Seville, the subway station is very close and very cheap, you can travel with a credit card no need to buy a subway card. There is a subway every 10 minutes or so. Parking is also great and free, together with the subway you won't need to take your car to the center of Seville and get in traffic jams. There is an Aldi, Lidl and Mercadona nearby and several fast food chains like Popeyes.

Excellent location outside of the city, 10 minutes on foot from a metro station. Very spacious appartment. The bedroom was quiet, but there was some traffic noise (and noisy neighbours) on the balcony or in the living room, even with the windows closed (but nothing too dramatic).The owner was very nice and accomodating and gave us some tips on where to go and how to get there. The metro station cavalieri has some nice bars and restaurants around, as well as a supermarket. There was plenty of free street parking and quite a few empty spaces around (in may).

Clean and presentable. A 10 minute walk to the Metro. An Aldi 5 minutes away. Parking was adequate, if you could find a spot. Excellent communication from Pepa who was very responsive in answering questions or checking to see that all was alright.

-Close to the metro and the city center and also easy to go on day trips with the car -super easy check-in and communication with the host -everything available to cook a simple meal and close to the grocery store -easy to find a parking spot -comfy apartment

“Spacious appartement close to the metro station with a very small bed!”

The appartement was spacious and had everything you could wish. The location was very close to the metro station (10minutes) and it had free parking. Swimming pool was 10-15minute walk and we had to ask a few spanish people to help us get in, but it was really refreshing and clean!
