“Great place in Maiquetia, close to the beach and amazing service”
Excellent place to say at Maiquetia, great location and the staff was really polite, the place is quiet and I liked that they offer a shuttle from and to the airport. I recommend it fully and will stay again in the future If I need to stay at Maiquetia again

We booked our stay with excitement, only to discover that they were hosting their very own “Overbooking Olympics,” where they gold-medaled in not honoring confirmed bookings. First, they told us not to bother showing up because they had no room for us. Fine, we thought, at least they gave us a heads-up, right? But the real plot twist came later when they accused us of not showing up. That’s right, they told us to stay away, and then shamed us for doing exactly that. I’ve never been ghosted and gaslit by a hotel before—truly groundbreaking service!

“An amazing experience to start and end with, within an emotional and heart touching trip.”
The staff is exceptional, always keen to make the best of your day. The meals were so good that it was hard to stop trying different flavours throughout the menu, and the good taste was also reflected in the plates' presentation. Simply great!
