Serving regional Swiss cuisine with seasonal produce, Hotel Restaurant Heidihof is located a 15-minute walk from Maienfeld and a 7-minute walk from Heidi Museum. Free internet is available at the computer station. Rooms are equipped with a TV and wardrobe. Private bathrooms come with a shower. There is also a shared TV room for all guests. Meals can also be enjoyed out on the terrace while taking in views of the surroundings. Bad Ragaz and Heidiland Golf Club are 10-minute drive away.

“Comfort in a mountainous dreamscape in Heidiland”
If you are looking for tranquility and serenity, this is the place to go to. The environment is truly lovely and dreamy, the land of Heidi. The hotel is well maintained and fresh and clean, run by a group of very kind and devoted people. Then there is the awesome local bread they serve for breakfast, and the great coffee. The lady at the desk offered to take my bag upstairs. And you can watch the sun set behind the snowcapped mountains from the terrace, with Bad Ragaz all lit up in the distant valley. Nice easy trails to walk on, Heidi museum etc. Really wonderful. Parking in front.

“Beautiful location with family charming”
The charming family that runs the place is very welcoming, they make you feel at home. The location is so beautiful and convenient, just besides the Heidi town. They have typical swiss rooms that are very clean and have comfortable beds. Additionaly, they serve both traditional swiss and international delicious cuisine in the restaurant.

We had a relaxing few days at the Heidihof, enjoying the food and great location.We went hiking and walked down to the village. The room was comfortable and warm.

“The employees are in a forest and the rooms are unventilated due to the presence of sharp objects and spiders.”
The forest is in nature and close to the village of Heidihof and its house.

I chose Heididorf Hotel Restaurant for a 2-night stay. However, there was a mistake with my reservation — it appeared twice on Booking. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in canceling the extra reservation. They were also very clear and informative about everything related to the hotel. Overall, they were very kind, helpful, and friendly. I truly appreciate their support and would like to thank them again!

“Beautiful view of mountains”
It’s located nearby Heidi House and the view of mountains were so gorgeous. Hotel staff were very nice. I took shuttle and chef helped with my luggage to the platform if Maienfeld! Thank you for exceptional hospitality.

“Acceptable rooms in a beautiful landscape on the outskirts”
While clean, the rooms are somewhat outdated. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is of good quality and offers a reasonable selection (including fresh eggs that can be boiled to your preference). Perfectly located for visiting „Heididorf“.

“Heidi yodalehe lehe huh~”
We stayed here 12 years ago. We're happy to stay here again. There were a lot of changes, but we're happy to see they maintained the same atmosphere. Hope to revisit again soon!

“A MUST FOR HEIDI FANS”
Lovely location - great views Super clean Staff nice. One lady was specially friendly and helpful! Super balcony came with our room - with view over valley Perfect spot - just by Heididorf - Heidi's very own village. This jolly hotel is a MUST for Heidi fans. It made me realise that the German part of Switzerland is a million times nicer than the French bit I would love to return!
