“Expected a lot more! Left after one night”
no WiFi, safe did not work, no toiletpaper (!), building is no hotel, it's an ugly apartment building, TV did not work or was too difficult to handle

This accommodation option offers a degree of comfort and convenience with a king sized bed, kitchenette, WiFi and balcony. Two sets of good quality towels are provided as are ample cutlery and kitchen utensils. The air conditioning works a treat as does the shower. Quite good for a stay of a week or so. Convenience stores, restaurants etc within 400m.

“Perfect stay whilst volunteering at Soi Dogs”
We loved the small apartment, it had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. We loved being able to cook (we are travelling so it’s not often we have this novelty). We were volunteering at Soi Dogs which was just a 15 minute walk away so perfect location. The swimming pool was a huge plus too!

“Female solo traveller safe with scooter to get around”
My first solo trip. I'm female, and so I wanted to feel safe. I really like my little studio flat. I felt very safe and enjoyed the view on a morning and evening. I was working at soidog as a volunteer, so I wanted to be close. This place was perfect. I did get a scooter on the first. It would have been too far to walk around as much as I was in and out.

My husband and I lived in various condos in Phuket on the beaches of Karon, Kata, Patong. We really liked this condo hotel! Calm, clean air! Great large pool where you can swim in circles. It's GREAT that there is a large tennis court for free. About 200 meters away there is a sauna with a swimming pool. The restaurants have great food and great service and PRICES! I especially liked the catfish there and Pattaya at the Mama restaurant. The sea is calm and clean. It's nice to walk about 1000 meters. At the same time, complete the daily requirement step by step. Shops are right along the roads Big C, 7/11 and super cheep. . It was nice to run along the road to the left from the hotel. Giveyas block the road from the sun; there are practically no cars. We are thinking of living here longer next time. Ideal for remote work. Also, the apartment was clean and had all you need for a long stay.

The swimming pool the building from out side is nice. Our room was also nice but very small and all furniture has very sharp corners to bump and hurt your self.
