Green room was fantastic. Being able to get drink’s and snacks most of the day was a great experience. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

“Absolutely incredible hotel with amazing staff”
This hotel was amazing! The staff were all really helpful, location was great (only a short walk to the old town), the rooms were clean and comfortable and there were complimentary drinks and snacks available all the time down in the green cafe. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again next time I am in Mahón.

“Fantastic”
Fantastic. I honestly have nothing to complain about. The rooms were excellent and spotless, the spa was accessible throughout the day (free), and there was a pool and sun loungers on the rooftop. During breakfast, there was even a breakfast chef who prepared fresh omelets and pancakes to order. Everything was always fresh and very tasty. The price also included soft drinks, wine, beer, and light snacks available during the night. Within a 20-minute walk, you can find plenty of restaurants for dinner. The location is essentially in the city center, about a 5-minute walk from the main bus station, making it ideal if you don't have a car or don't want to use taxis. The staff were amazing as well. They always had a smile on their faces, did their best to accommodate requests, and were incredibly helpful in resolving a booking issue that I had caused myself. One thing to note is that smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel, including on the balconies. If you smoke, you need to go either to the rooftop or outside in front of the hotel. This wasn't an issue for us, but I can imagine it might be inconvenient for heavy smokers.

“Most probable the best place in Mahon.”
Very good location (a few minutes walk from the bus station and the city center), large room and modern bathroom. Small balcony but well protected from the views from the opposite building. Green room where you can enjoy fresh snacks (mini bocadillos, salads, toasts, desserts…) and soft drinks for free. And the “petit spa” with a pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna, and the solarium on the top floor. And furthermore, friendly employees (at the front desk, in the green room, for the breakfast and at the spa). So, nothing to dislike here, it’s just the place to stay at whenever stopping in Mahon.

“definitely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in”
The hotel made a fantastic impression on me! What I loved the most was the great location and the cozy local bar right below the hotel, open until late. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious with a balcony, which was a big plus. I also really appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks available throughout the stay. On top of that, the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi included in the price made it an amazing experience—definitely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

“Super stay in beautiful Mahon!”
Lovely clean and modern hotel with very helpful staff. We particularly enjoyed the Green area where complimentary drinks and snacks were on offer.
