Luggage storage before and after check-in is available at reception. Location close to the bus station (350 m), a well-stocked supermarket (280 m), 400 m to Plaça de s'Esplanada. Free use of the mini-spa area (swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas) at the Artiem Hotel, a few dozen meters from the entrance to the apartments. A very well-equipped kitchenette, a large, comfortable table, and worktops. Quiet room (at a last floor, overlooking the interior courtyard). Very helpful staff – they quickly responded to my complaint about a non-functioning hotplate (due to a blown fuse). They recommended an affordable car rental from a company partnering with the Artiem Hotel. After check-out, upon request, they took care of my forgotten food kit and stored it in the reception refrigerator until baggage claim. I received answers to all my questions through booking.com message system, although with a delay of several days. A nice surprise upon arrival, including drinking water in a large glass bottle.

We liked everything about our stay in an apartment. The accomodation was in an excellent quiet location. Top class bakery around the corner. Supermarket 5 mins away. Affordable quiet bar for locals opposite. The hotel reception staff were very kind. A great stay. Thoroughly recommended. Menorca in April is gorgeous.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. The room feels spacious and is bright. The location is great too, close walk to the city centre. The staff is very friendly. However, we had the apartment on the ground floor, and unfortunately the building's entrance door slammed a lot during the night and early morning, keeping us awake. Additionally, the hallway's air freshener was very strong and smelled in the room as well, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Good sized bedroom with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, TV and a cupboard; the living room also very generously sized with a couch, integrated kitchen and (who needs it) a large TV; very good location not far away from the central bus station and everything else within reach; staff friendly and helpful

Beds are really comfortable as well as the pillows! Staff are excellent, professional and warmly friendly. Breakfast, though an additional charge, was definitely worth the money. Shower was huge rainfall shower with anti-slip tray and wonderful shampoo, separate conditioner and shower gel as well as huge fluffy white towels.
