I liked the bright, spacious apartment with pleasant balcony overlooking well kept pool and gardens. All the essentials were good, very clean, good wifi, comfortable bed, good shower and quiet at that time so no disturbances. I did use the pool which is possible even in early May, it will be a good place to relax in summer. The small kitchen area was perfect to make tea and coffee and even cook food if you wish. I really liked that they care about separating waste and re-cycling and how well that was done.

5 min walk from waterfront or 5/10mins to city centre. The apartment was a good size, clean and comfortable. Wasn’t too sure what to expect but we are a young couple and would return to the same location.

Clean spacious apartment with terrace style balcony overlooking pool. Living room area with dining table and sofa, kitchen area with hob and microwave. Comfortable bed in spacious bedroom with plenty of storage space and hangers. Lounge area in reception with luggage lockers was very useful as we had a late in evening return flight. Bins emptied and bed made every day. Great value for money, no frills, but clean and had everything we needed in great location. Short stroll to coast or 10 mins max walk up to centre of Mahon.

Very friendly, informative and helpful staff. Glad we included breakfast as we went out of season and lots of restaurants not yet open. Breakfast was good. Good location to walk into town. Nice areas to sit outside and has a pool that opens in season.

Location and amenities

The apartment complex had a tasteful decor with many artistic touches related to the local culture. The apartment itself was airy and full of light and again, decorated with deft touches. All the amenities were there. The room was great; the bathroom was clean and functional. And it had a powerful shower. Cleaning was regular and unobtrusive. A 10 minute walk brought us to the waterfront; 20 minutes walk, to the city centre. The closest substantial supermarket was the Eroski Centre, about 10 minutes walk away. The Lidl was much further away, at around 30 minutes walking. But the narrow, straight avenues are great for walking. My son and I are keen hikers so we walked to Sa Mesquida twice from Mahon. It is Stage One of the Cami de Cavalls that runs for 189 km around the island. The beach was divine. After nearly 7 km of walking in the sun, a swim in the cold crisp water was exactly what we needed. We took our own lunch and spent several hours there. We recommend the rustic and homely restaurant Ca'n Xavi for excellent tapas and beer. We arrived in Mahon, Menorca, on the 6 hour Transmed ferry from Palma. A really excellent way to travel! Leaves at 08:00 from Palma Port. After a couple of quite windy days in Alcudia, we really appreciated the sunny and stable weather in Menorca. Can't wait to visit again and complete the entire 189 km trail.

the staff were very friendly and spoke fluent english. There was a minor problem with the shower and it was dealt with efficiently, quickly and with generosity. The location was perfect and pool really nice.
