“At best a 2 star resort”
Worst Buffett I’ve ever had ate out most evenings ate the chips at the pool mainly one evening the only meat option was from described was cows heart, ok if you only eat pasta or potato you will be fine however I wouldn’t go if you have fussy little ones. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel personally and don’t intend to return. The pool was ok very crammed, get down to the pool at around 7 am to get a bed a lot of people put towels down and don’t use them not ideal for a small pool area for a 6 floor hotel we requested a lower floor as had a child as was given 5th floor, the lifts take for ever as so many people use them, the Buffett is poor with very basic choices pretty much the same every day not good if you have fussy little ones. Entertainment was basic. Cleaning needs to be seriously addressed as per my pictures. Reception staff rude and not very approachable, I had an issue on first night in regards to paying although they gave me a room till resolved it seemed to be the hotel system causing the error and the reception staff just laughed whilst I was dealing with a stressful situation after travelling 7 hours

“I would not really recommend this hotel”
Firstly, the food in the restaurant is so bad, and every day it is the same food you get. It is so hot and like a sauna in the restaurant. The workers there are also very slow. There is no acitivies in this hotel. Neither in the pool or in the evenings. To iron clothes costs money and they keep asking if you are done using it. Some of the workers in the reception are not friendly.

Nice People in a nice place. very friendly and helpful staff. Food is good and variety is great. Potentially the best all inclusive place for style, cleanness and food I have ever been to
