“Amazing time, amazing place, great staff & value for being in the Maldives without any sacrifices.”

The location is about a 2 hour boat ride from Male. We happened to have rough seas on the way there, but calm leaving. We met Aziz and Sunday at the pier when we arrived and had a wonderful time. The island is small, takes about 20 minutes to walk around it. The location is great, a stones throw to the nearest beach, which has great snorkeling and gorgeously clear water. Mazin, Aziz and Sunday provide excellent service and create an atmosphere where like minded travelers can engage and enjoy the true Maldivian experience. Go on excursions and enjoy the time with the other travelers, plus check out all of the local futbol pitches that the island has to offer. A great time. I would love to go back!

Really cool guesthouse! I really liked the room and shower outside, but the best part is the terrace where breakfast is served every morning and everyone gets together. The staff is great, very friendly and will help you with everything.

“Perfect”

We had a double room with an extra bed for the child. The bed is comfortable, it is a queen bed. The bathroom is half open space (the shower is open space) and it is very nice, don't worry nobody can see you. Breakfast is on the terrace, very nice also, with 2 iguanas, kids liked that. Mazin (the owner) is a wonderful person. He and the boys, Aziz and Sadi, really know how to make your stay memorable. We did DSD scuba and sandbank snorkeling. Let me tell you, my kid and my wife are scared of the deep water, but Mazin managed to do it. He was very calm and he convinced my 7 years old and my wife to do scuba. We did it at the Blue Lagoon, near Noovilu. It is 4 meter deep and we saw lots of fish. If he can't convince you, nobody can :) After that we did sandbank snorkeling, also amazing, we even saw a 1 meter shark. It was in the morning and we also had sandbank breakfast. When we reached the edge of the reef my 13 years old got scared of the deep water also, but Aziz saw it and took her with him and calmed her. Also Mazin took care of my 7 years old and my wife. They arranged the reservation for the speed boat, took us to and from the port. We only eat at Delish, good food and cheap (cheap for Romanian prices). It was excellent Mazin was the perfect host and his team were brilliant. My room was big and airy with a funky outside shower.

Loved mazin and his crew. So lovely. Food was amazing as cooked originally by his sister. Small guesthouse with the perfect amount of people to chat and connect. The organized perfect day trips for all of us.

Maui does exist, and he lives in Mahibadhoo! :-) We loved our experience with Mazin and his friends, Aziz & Sadi. If I were to choose again the place for our first experience in Maldives, I would pick Mazin's place again and again. Eating at the same table with 7 different nationalities, just like in a big family, was a great way to spend breakfast and dinner time. We loved going out for water activities and shopping with Mazin, his peers and the entire group. There's no comparison between a resort (clasic) and the wonderful vibe and experience we've got at Noovilu.

“Unforgettable Maldives Experience”

When you travel to the Maldives, you can choose to stay isolated at an expensive resort or opt for a local guest house to meet locals and experience their way of life. We chose the latter and don't regret it. We had a great time at the guest house, particularly enjoying spending time with Mazin and his crew, especially Sande. We had great laughs at the dinner table and met people from around the world. The people on the island are very relaxed, and our hosts were attentive to our needs, wanting us to experience Maldivian life fully. They arrange a range of different tours. We visited a sandbank, went snorkeling with turtles, mantas, and sharks, and explored a deserted island where Mazin caught a few fishes. Later, they barbecued them with Aziz and prepared a lovely lunch for us. We also had an amazing sunset boat ride. We hope to visit again.

Perfect place for active holidays! There are more than 20 different activities on each taste. We liked very much wakeboarding, spear fishing and combo trip (to see whale sharks, mantas, turtles and rest on a desert sandbank). Mahibadhoo island has a really good reef for snorkling and guesthouse provides fins and masks for free. Absolutely friendly personal, can help with any request and try to make your holiday maximum comfort. We are very grateful that Mazin helped us with organization of all tranfers (speedboat and taxi), which was really helpful. Pet parrots and iguanas help to create really cool atmoshphere :) We also strongly liked local food, especially BBQ fish after the spear fishing. Among the nearest local islands on Mahibadhoo there are a lot of small restaraunts with local food, which are quite cheap and very delicious. By the way it is easy to visit nearest local islands by ferry that runs daily between them.

The bathroom is nice, with an open shower. The host was very respectful and helpful.

“Recommend for relax holiday time”

The best thing is that you are like at home. The stuff are great, they try to make all your wishes come true. Excursions they make are individual. Room is clean, comfortable and the highlight is open air shower.

Simple but with everything you need. Air conditioning works well and is definitely needed, the bathroom has an open air shower which is fun at night. Owner and staff are incredibly friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable. Make sure you have an itinerary booked as there’s quite a bit to do and experience while in this part of the world.

Loved the location and helpfulness of the staff. They helped the most they could, in any way they could. Mahibadhoo is an amazing island. Fairly easy to get to and a gorgeous house reef. Noovilu is situated greatly close to the beach and not even 5min away from the 'bikini' beach, which is where you'll mostly be if you wanna wear a bikini or as a man go shirtless. The dinner/lunch was also delicious. As a guest house it was restaurant quality food.
