Great and clean apartment with lots of space. The location is central, so travel to north for Beau Vallon or south to Anse Intendance is almost equidistant. Quite a few shops nearby for grocery/liquor purchases. It was a comfortable check-in and the host Julius was really professional and accommodating. Just a word of advice - A rental car is a must in Mahe in order to explore the various beaches and nature parks.

“Nice and cozy apartment.”

Very nice apartment. Very clean , apartment have inside all what you need for a perfect vacation. The owner is a realy nice and friendly guy. Not so far from the airport, close to the sea.

The host was very friendly and willing to help. The accommodation is very well-maintained, new, clean, and comfortable. There is a large central area with a superbly equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are large, each with its own bathroom. Unfortunately, we only stayed at the accommodation for one day; it could have been an excellent base for exploring the island.

The apartment is amazing, really spacious, newly built and spotless clean. It's very well equipped and comfortable. It's located in a quiet area with beautiful views from the terrace, and very well connected with Victoria, the jetty and beautiful beaches. It's also very close to stores and delicious take-away shops. Julius is very friendly and helpful, and gave us lots of nice suggestions for our stay. We totally recommend this apartment, we would certainly repeat!

Amazing high standard accommodation with everything you need. Beautiful views and within easy reach of beach, bus stop, shops which are all just a short walk away. Julius was a brilliant host very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here we had a fantastic time.

The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. On the upper floor there are two very large bedrooms with a very comfortable bed, a large wardrobe, air conditioning and very spacious two bathrooms. The kitchen and living room are also very large and very nicely furnished. On each floor there is also a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The apartment is cleaned every three days, and all towels are changed. The location of the apartment is excellent for exploring the island with a rented car. The owners of the apartment are wonderful people, they make you feel very welcome, always available for any help or advice. As a welcome, they cooked fantastic Creole fish with local side dishes and spices - one of the best fish we've ever tried! We definitely recommend this apartment and we will definitely come back!

The house is located close to the beach and there are many attractions close by. There is greenery around the place. But the clincher is the host Julius, what an amazing guy. Excellent host. Ending up an unforgettable holiday at the Seychelles by staying with Julius, was brilliant. The most wonderful place, shining clean and looked like it was built yesterday. Julius was present from the time we arrived until we had to leave the next day , and during these hours he helped us with everything practical, including transport to golf, beach and airport,a nd even a pizza-pickup. Julius runs this place with his wife with the hope of giving guests a very special experience. The house is situated in a scenic hilly terrain, so if you want to get around, it is probably recommended to rent a car. Breakfast was served in the apartment and there was everything the heart could desire, fruit, eggs, coffee, juice, bread, etc. The apartment is so well equipped that you can easily shop and be self-catering.

brand new, sparkling clean, PERFECTLY equipped (iron, washing machine, clothes dryer, shower gels, towels even AC adapters) with GREAT host and located in a nice quiet area with green surroundings! there is the best possible WI-FI on the island, TV with several channels including kids; there are shops nearby(5min by car), famous distillery almost round the corner and an airport 10-15min away. the host also allowed us to check out 4 hours later then we should!

The villa is new and modern. There is everything you need for comfortable stay at Seychelles. The are two bathrooms! AC in every bedroom. The location is also perfect for those with a car. Not far from airport and close to the beaches, shops. The hosting family and Julius was in contact with us and we were absolutely impressed by the firewall dinner Julius cooked for us! We could definitely recommend this place to stay at Au Cap.
