We had a wonderful stay at Anse Royale Bay View Apartments. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, and the staff provided exceptional support and engagement throughout. The apartment was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view – waking up to such a beautiful panorama every day was unforgettable. The location was great, and everything was exactly as described. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after. We would highly recommend Anse Royale Bay View Apartments to anyone visiting Mahé and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

“Great stay at Anse Royal Bay View Apartments”

From the time we booked the property, the owner communicated with the right information. The apartment was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a fully equipped kitchen. A big balcony with the stunning view of the ocean. Nice place to sip tea and have food while watching the ocean. Airport is 10 km and grocery shops are 2 km away. Beach is less than a km.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain. Particularly liked space, view, comfort and cleanliness.

We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was lovely, big and equipped with everything we needed but the beds were not comfortable and the wi-fi was barely working.

Great apartments, spacious, clean, amazing view from the balcony. Communicated with the hosts via whatsapp. Allowed to leave late at night. Everything was great, nothing was missing. air conditioners in both bedrooms, only a fan in the salon, but it wasn't hot with everything turned on. We even took the fan out to the balcony. I recommend it.

One of the Greatest place to stay for its price. We loved it. Very clean and comfortable, beautiful courtyard and house well equipped to cook and eat. The mastress Theresa was vey pleasant and attentive. Very close to the ocean, 5 min walk. But take into account time of tide: when water is high, nearest beaches are almost flooded. That’s why it is strictly recommended to get rented a car. Hopefully it is another great option presented in the hotel. Theresa’s brother Warren manages a small but well organized Car Rent station right there in the place. Warren provides high level service with attractive prices. He is always ready to go along with guests wishes and gives attractive discounts. It is a pleasure to have a deal with him. So, wonderful place, wonderful people, grateful time to spent.

A Stunning spacious apartment, even after seeing pictures we were surprised! Has everything a family could need. Lovely and very welcoming hosts. The terrace with sea view is very big, fantastic !

Large two bedroom apartment with amazing views to the Anse Royale Bay. Confortable beds, A/C in both bedrooms, two bathrooms with large walk in showers, toiletries and kitchen supplies to get us started. Access to the house is via two very steep roads, but we had no problem getting there with our rental car - going by foot could be tricky. Grocery shops and take away 3min by car. Friendly and helpful hosts, just a WhatsApp message away. They were able to accomodate both early checkin and late checkout for us free of charge. Thank you, Catherine and Ted for a lovely stay!

We stayed for three nights in January 2022, what an amazing apartment. We were greeted with such kindness from the owners (a lovely couple) who even arranged car hire for us upon arrival. The apartment has everything you need for the most enjoyable, laid back and relaxing stay. Clean, quiet and had a fantastic view over the bay, unbeatable! :-). Conveniently close to the best beaches and shops. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!!

We stayed in the three-bedroom apartment. everything is superlative, from the location to the communication via whatsapp with the hosts. the apartment is clean, spacious, kitchen equipped with everything you need, balcony with a superb view of Anse Royale golf, private parking, quiet area. We recommend renting a car, as the villa is on a hill, but the view and tranquility worth it. Anse Royale beach is special, both for snorkeling on the left side and for swimming. We strongly recommend this accommodation unit.

“Perfect view”

It was more than I expected. The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment, plus living room and terrace, was clean and with all utilities. But the view from the terrace was wonderful. The only downside is that you would need a rental car to access the property, we had one and everything was perfect.
