“Your Best Stay in Mahdia in the Old Town”

Our hosts were remarkably friendly and helpful. The property itself was a wonderful atmosphere, nicely decorated, with comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast. Our host helped us to make local arrangements as well for a side trip. We were a short walk from the main sites of the Old Town and recommended restaurants.

The property is located in the middle of the corniche, very well located to visit both the medina and the lovely cimetière marin. The place is tastefully decorated and the owner and staff extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast is very good. I will certainly come back.

Dar Evelyne was one of our favourite stays in all Tunisia! Lovely comfortable rooms around a gorgeous tiled inner courtyard and a rooftop terrace that was hard to leave. Our stay was made fantastic by the kindness of Nej the owner who helped us with every element of our trip! The breakfast was superb. The whole experience left a deep impression and we highly recommend it!

We had a lovely time at Dar Evelyne. We were met at the parking space by the owner's representative, Ala, who led to the house and even carried our luggage. He was very enthusiastic and easy to interact with. At the house, we were met by the owners, who personally welcomed us. The rooms were clean and aesthetically decorated. Laila organised the breakfast for us which was always more than what we could finish and she even prepared authentic dinner for us one evening. Both the old Medina and the house are places you could fall in love with easily. I wish we had stayed longer.

“A relaxing gem in the Medina of Mahdia”

Absolutely wonderful guesthouse in the Medina of Mahdia with 5 rooms. It's a close walk to the shops and restaurants, but you feel far away from any crazy tourist hotspot. The breakfast was delicious and could be eaten on the roof terrace overlooking the sea. The room was cosy and comfortable. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. One of my favourite places I stayed.

“Good basic accommodation in an atmospheric place”

The breakfast was plentiful and good. The rooms were basic but comfortable. The shared bathroom was fine and clean. There was a lovely sea view from the roof terrace where breakfast was served. The hotel is in a lovely spot on the "island" of Mahdia, where streets of whitewashed houses with blue doors lead to an old cemetery with a lighthouse and an arch -- very atmospheric. We loved Chez Naima restaurant (towards the station).

“Amazingly Perfect place”

The facility was absolutely amazing,,superly clean and comfortable, with perfect location in the old town of Mahdia to live amongst the real life of Tunisians ,where everything take its time, to add ,a big massive thank you to Salha who was superly friendly and looked after our stay and very helpful and accommodating,, Well done to this amazing host

It was such a beautiful, comfy, Welcoming Space. The rooms are really sweet, you have your own bathroom on the hallway. The courtyard and the rooftop are filled with Beautiful plants and a very nice Spot to Hang out. The people are very friendly and nice and the breakfast is delicious.

Calm and clean , a peaceful house Mme Salha ( Sara ) was a great host I have noticed that they take care well of their beautiful plants Which is a good sign that they take care of their clients too !😉
