“Amazing place worth a visit!”
The location is absolutely terrific! We could see the ocean from our bed, and enjoyed the sound of waves. The kids loved the swimming pool and the relaxed atmosphere. Would totally recommend!

It has a very nice location directly on the beach. At night you listen only to the waves and it is really peaceful. There is two nice restaurants nearby.

“A bit of paradise”
The rooms are all literally a stone throw from the sea and you can hear the ocean when you wake up to a stunning sunrise. The garden is beautiful and everywhere including the beach has lots of natural shade. The way to town is a lovely car or cycle ride on a quite road along the ocean. We are so happy to have found this place and it is by a mile the best place we have stayed in in Yucatan! It is NOT A BIG 5 star resort but just a few nice apartments by the beach and there is everything you need and more. The hosts are lovely and could not be more helpful! Thank you so much for everything and if we ever come to Yucatan again we will always come back to your little bit of paradise!!!

“Avoid this place.”
Dirty, bad condition, extremely noisy, staff the opposite of helpful and untruthful. Surroundings are awful, dogs chase you every time you try to go anywhere. Beach full of plastics, it is not true that they clean it every day. It could be paradise and the staff make it hell. Avoid this place.

“BEST place to stay at Mahahual”
- very friendly and attentive owners :) - great location if you look for remote place you can relax in, away from the overwhelming centre - the bed was reeeeeally comfy - you'll find everything you need in the kitchen - pots, plates, all you may need if you'd like to make your own breakfast/dinner - you can rent a kayak to see more clear water and fish - we really enjoyed our stay and we higly recommend if you want to spend some time relaxing by the sea
