Great appointment with magnificent lake view! Host is very friendly and everything is clean an functions very well. There is a nice pool on beautiful lawn. Perfect 'basecamp' to expolre Umbria.

Great base to travel around the lake and areas in Tuscany/umbria. Quiet area and accommodation. Lovely pool area. Air conditioning working perfectly.

Very nice apaertment on the coast of the lake, we had an amazing view and it was just right for the 3 days we stayed there. The host was super nice as well!

It is a great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The view of the lake and the pool are the best part of this place. A great advantage is also full equipment, various types of kitchen accessories or refreshments (cookies, juices, water). It's good starting point for visiting Perugia or Assisi.
