“Fantastisch!!”

What an incredible fantastic holiday we had! Many thanks also to the dear great attentive brothers Manuel & Silvio Who do this so super well together ❤️ What a wonderful place to be here! And you have the whole house and plot (it's really mega big!) for yourself with a lot of privacy. The panoramic view is overwhelming I was able to enjoy this so much listening to so many beautiful birds even heard a nightingale. For the first time in a long time also seen fireflies so nice all those little lights in the garden in the evening. The holiday home is also really great about everything but then everything is thought it has such a good vibe you feel right at home. Everything you need plus more is there incredible! It is so incredibly clean and everything super maintained. The bed is blissfully the sofa is super nice which I think is really important. The location is also top close to Lake Trasimeno. And so many beautiful cities and picturesque villages it doesn't get more Italian. Umbria is really beautiful with its beautiful high viewpoints and is so green💚 You can get the groceries nearby at 3 km there are many shops and restaurants nearby. In summary, everything is there to have a perfect holiday for young and old! And our dog also really enjoyed it. If you are already looking at this holiday home I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Really lovely property, good location, very quiet and relaxing. Property owners were very welcoming, helpful and checked out how we were getting on without being intrusive. I would thoroughly recommend this property and would not hesitate booking again.

“Amazing spacious home”

I really loved the hosts Manuel and Silvio - thank you for such a warm welcome! The house is amazing, it is not smth built for rental purposes, it is a real family home & we felt it in every corner - could easily imagine to be living there. The views from huge windows in the morning, big garden very well equipped to enjoy the breakfast or any other stay outside, very calm & relaxed location, kitchen had everything you need, very spacious and clean home. Just loved it and would go back any time!

Everything was the way we wished. The house has everything that you need. It was perfectly clean, spacey and comfortable. There is a lot of equipment for outside activities and a lot possibilities to relax inside and outside. The hosts are extremely friendly. We have been travelling a lot and we have meet a lot of friendly hosts, but SIlvio & Manuel were the most friendly so far. We hope that we will have a chance to return back once in the future.

Beautiful house in a quiet location which has easy access to main road. The house is pretty sizeable with garden and it's nice to be able to have a little walk with a nice view in the morning. Hosts were very helpful and kind. One of the best accommodations we've been to.

It’s a wonderfull house with a very nice view from the hill. The inventory of the house is very complete. We can’t imagine a better house for a family holiday in Umbria

“Authentic, spacious and relaxing.”

Great house with everything you could ask for in terms of equipment. Spacious, clean, great view over the valley and good location to visit the area. The hosts were fantastic, they met us at arrival and came to say goodbye. They are proud of their region, very helpul and gave us a beautiful artwork of Perugia. There is air-conditioning in several rooms which was fantastic during an incredible period of heat. Loads of space for kids to keep busy and the lovely smell of pine trees. Good location to visit the surrounding area, depending how far you want to drive. I thought the Trasimeno lake, Assisi or Spello would be the main attractions but Perugia itself is a wonderful city. Overall, highly recommended and I hope to be back.

we loved the house - it has everything you need for a perfect getaway! the beds are so comfortable with amazing memory foam mattresses, lovely big towels, kitchen all equipped and the outside has so many places to sit. the location is perfect for exploring Umbria - we visited lots of sights which were close by. don’t miss lake trasimeno 🥰
