Overview
Set on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, Appartamenti La Rosetta offers an outdoor swimming pool and a large garden. All self-catering apartments come with free WiFi, satellite TV and views of the lake. Set in farm buildings dating back to the 1900s, all apartments at La Rosetta have traditional brick ceilings and elegant furnishings. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. Some feature a balcony. Free bikes are provided, and cycling is a great way to explore the surroundings. A lake-shore cycle path starts just 50 metres away, and the area is also popular for fishing. Shops, restaurants and bars are located in Magione, 3.5 km away. It is a 20-minute drive to Perugia and 30 minutes to historic Cortona.

The property and grounds were excellent. We had a medical emergency the day we arrived, our hosts went beyond expectations to assist throughout the period of our stay, which they happily extended for a further 2 days.

“Exploring the Lake Trasimeno area”
Great location with superb views over Lake Trasimeno particularly Sunset. Ideal for visiting various places of interest like Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Todi and the Islands of Lake Trasimeno. Also great walking and cycling not far away. Lovely pool and garden. It is not a hideaway in the hills but in the middle of a village; Not a negative at all but worth knowing. Passignano sul Trasimeno just down the road is very nice. Great for 10 days exploring the area👍🏻

Comfortable apartment with beautiful lake view. Balcony was great for watching sunsets. Good base to explore Lake Trasimeno and surrounding beautiful towns in Umbria. Great host, very welcoming.
