We had an amazing time in magaluf (ages 39, 20, 19, 18, 18). The hotel and staff and all facilities were fab, comfy rooms, 5 min walk to main bars.

Great freshly renovated hotel with a lovely design pleasing to the eye and a well-thought-out concept — even the smell! The designers did their best! The staff is efficient, very professional, and friendly. The breakfast is amazing. And what’s most important for me as a very picky person, everything is spotlessly clean! Even though I got stuck in the elevator for 40 minutes on my first day (and I’m claustrophobic!), it didn’t spoil my overall impression of the hotel. The management's reaction was nice and the director personally helped me and offered a voucher for a bottle of wine. Although I didn’t have a chance to use it and forgot to mention in the heat of the moment that I don’t even drink alcohol, I really appreciated the gesture. And I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend the hotel!

I really liked the staff. They were very kind and helpful (except in the restaurant). I loved the pool area and the bar. The room was clean. Breakfast was excellent, plenty choice for everybody and very well presented, but a little monotonous after a few days.

The hotel location and stuff were great! It was a trip planned for my birthday. And at that date, I have found a little surprise in front of my room. Some sweet candies, a nice card and free cocktail offer. That was an unforgettable moment. Also for the last day, when our flight was later than the check out time, the hotel provided us a shower room.

Hotel , rooms, bathroom very clean, towels changed every day, although rooms require major renovation , pool area nice and well kept. Food ok, always found something to eat although if I had my children with me it would be an issue as not much choice for them.
