Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was great, and the facilities were outstanding. The pool area was fantastic and the location was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every moment.

We had a wonderful stay at HSM Atlantic Park. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff were always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel created a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Mallorca.

Excellent reception staff

Security was quite rude at night time when coming back accusing me of being a visitor as we had 3 people in two rooms and he asked for our room numbers and accused me of being a visitor as I was in a room alone which he clearly didn’t believe. Then when my key card was wouldn’t open my door due to being close to my phone I had to go back down and he again accused me of not really staying there when I’d already told him my full name which was used on the booking the first time he accused me and had searched it up

Proprety is very clean, food is various and good, the only thing is the cleaning lady didn’t come the last day and even the day before we only received 2 towels, however days prior to that it was great, room was cleaned as it should be. All in all it was a great stay, reception very nice, food really good and a lot of choice. Only there is a lot of young tourist that are loud at night on hallway..

The room was on the third floor and had a view of the street and the bus station. The room has been recently renovated. Everything in it was new. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, hair dryer, and safe. The housekeeper came daily, changed the sheets and towels. The beach is within a 5-6 minute walking distance. Supermarkets are also very near. The starting points of buses 104 and A11 (Airport) are right next to the hotel. There is no need to take a taxi from the airport. Breakfast and dinner were buffet. The staff is very polite and at your service for everything that you need.

Excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. It was convenient for us—they allowed us to skip breakfast one day, and on the day of our late check-out, they gave us lunch instead of the breakfast we had missed.

Very nice pool and activities for kids. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Beach is nearby so just 400 meters walk and you are in the sea.

Property location was great, just on the outside of Magaluf. Very quiet location but easy to get into the town.
