“As stated above, the only good thing was the pools for the children.”

The pools were good for the children however you’re not allowed floats in the pool but was allowed hard balls that hit a baby in the head but my autistic child couldn’t have a float. The sunbed you cannot reserve but by 7am all beds had towels and you couldn’t get a sunbed. We put our towel down early once when we came down they had been moved by other people staying in the hotel.

The hotel was okay, we had a fine stay but wouldn’t go back. We were lucky enough to get a room on the far side away from the restaurant and stage, those who had rooms there must have had a hard time sleeping. The room was fine for our family, however I haven’t stayed at a hotel with such a small bathroom. The food was fine, what you expect from a buffet at all inclusive but we needed up almost eating exclusively pizza for the time we were there. The waterslides are great, however note that the height limit is 120cm For most and 140cm for the higher ones. Some of the staff are lovely, others not. There is a 4 drink limit which some really stick to, even if you’re getting 1 drink for you and partner and have 3 children to bring drinks back for, then you have to stand in the 40 minute cue again. Thankfully there weren’t many staff who followed the rule but some did. In general it’s quite clean, a bit older but maintained. The town is lovely and the hotel is centrally located. We often went into the town and enjoyed going to the beach as well.

Great location, very big resort and gets busy at time especially during evenings. Good was brilliant good variety, plenty of bars around the resort to get the drinks coffees beer etc. nice room big balcony and separate living room. No double beds

Great selection for breakfast. The location was brilliant with a 3 minute walk to the beachfront.

Quite big kompleks with variety of pools. The food was really good can’t complain. Spacious rooms.clean modern bathroom. The beds were pretty hard :/ but you get used to it. It can be quite loud at the evening in the splash area as there are animations in the evening. It was a bit overcrowded specially in the dinner time.

We have booked a room with 2 double beds as it was stated on the booking.com but when we arrived to the hotel, I have been provided the room with 2 single beds saying they don’t even have a double beds rooms. I have contacted booking.com and ask for explanation, they amended the description on my reservation after my request and changed it to x2 single beds and ask me to prove it. When I asked why did you amend the description, I have been ignored. Scammers!!!
