“Ok for a short weekend getaway”
The quiet, outdoor feel, private, great recreation room to sit in the evenings with friends and play pool. Kids loved it. Free coffee and tea. Music facilities.

Very nice house and room. Great outdoor area for picnic, table tennis, etc. indoor with free billiard etc, even free coffee (beer and wine and soft drinks available at reasonable prices). Great breakfast.

“Nice atmosphere, but old/musty and not worth the price.”
- The garden and common areas were quaint and pleasant, with nice quiet spots to have a drink. - There was a decent free coffee machine in the bar area, with nice couches. - The bathroom was big and clean with a very fancy spa bath. - The staff didn't speak any English, but was very friendly otherwise. - We got a key to our own entrance and gate, which was nice.

Great ambiance not a typical hotel. Nice area in the yard to play ping-pong or pool or just hang out. Short walk in town to a couple pf restaurants. Had a great walking path for an early morning run past the cows and farms. Nice breakfast.

Place was big & had many things to do. Including table tennis table, pool table, garden seating, etc. Rooms were nice & cozy. Breakfast was good.

The host could not have done more for us. Had a coffee before even checking in. Very secure parking for motorcycles. Fabulous breakfast. The Manor House is very stylish. Loads of activities for the evening even has a bar. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

“Turned out good after a bad start.”
Nicely renovated old mansion building. Good breakfast served by the nice lady taking care of the place. We were the only guests on this particualar weekday- apparently it is more popular on weekends.
